Quality
Third Party Contracts Quality Management Plan (TPCQMP)
The Metra Third Party Contracts Quality Management Plan (TPCQMP) is a document that provides overall guidance to teams that are working on Metra projects in planning, design or construction. The TPC shall review their Contract and Task Order with their Metra PM to determine which Revision of the TPCQMP will be applicable for the TPC’s contracted work.
Generally, Revision 01 of the TPCQMP is for contracts that are administered prior to November 1, 2022. Revision 02 of the TPCQMP is for contracts that are administered on or after November 1, 2022.

Please note that for projects started previous to November 1, 2022, the TPCQMP designated forms may be used. For all projects started on or after November 1, 2022, the new Project Form (PF) designated forms shall be used.
